Camping allocations
Competitiors:
Camping is completly free in the designated Competitor Area, However if you choose to camp in general camping area fees will apply.

can Camp in the Campgrounds without a Responsible Legal Guardian

ALL Double Barrel Events
require U18 patrons to be Supervised by a Responsible Legal Guardian in Licensed & Camping Areas
To be legally recognised as a “Responsible  Adult” supervising a minor on licensed premises in WA you must be:
* Parent or Step Parent
* Legal Guardian
(someone legally appointed to have parental responsibility)
* Spouse or Defacto Partner
* Person in Loco Parentis (someone acting in the place of a Parent at that time who has been given explicit parental authority to supervise a minor)
* An 18-year-old friend, older sibling, boyfriend, or girlfriend must have Official Evidence of Loco Parentis as per section 125(2) (b) of the Liquor Control Act of Western Australia.

Limited alcohol will be permitted into the campgrounds.
Each Rodeo will be different depending on the length of campover [please check facebook posts for each Rodeo]

All DBE Rodeo`s are Community Family Events.

We have introduced a **NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT BAN** in the campgrounds for the safety of all Patrons, please make sure you come prepared with food, water, personal items and medications etc, as vehicles CANNOT be started or moved once you have setup camp.
*You can choose to leave at any time if you wish not to return.*

STRICTLY NO GLASS IN ANY FORM

Whilst DBE likes our patrons to enjoy a quiet drink in the campgrounds and we do not wish to stop this privilege.  
New Alcohol Restrictions in the Camp Area have been Imposed.  Please check the Website & Socials for Updates for each event.

We ask you to respect this rule to continue to be able to accommodate this privilege in the campgrounds at our events and thank you for your cooperation.

DBE Staff and Volunteers will be on site for the duration of the event to assist you. Whilst we cannot be everywhere please ensure the security of your belongings. Refrain from bringing excess valuables.

Portable Toilets are available for patrons.  There are no showers, cooking facilities and no potable water.

Food vendors will be operating, and bottled drinking water is available for purchase.

The venue is a licensed area…NO ALCOHOL is to be brought in.
ALL MINORS AT ALL TIMES must be supervised by a Responsible Legal Guardian in the Liquor Licensed Area.
