Double Barrel Entertainment brings you our October 24th-25th 2025 rodeo, music and camping event!!

It’s time to put on your cowboy boots and hat, stock up on supplies and load up the family for the best weekend you’ll ever have. Get in early for tickets to the Friday night shindig (this page), followed by Saturday’s full points rodeo & Jesse Daniel Tour (direct from the USA – tikets sold separately) and grab a camping pass for the whole weekend (tickets sold separately).

Where is the Oct 25th Rodeo & Jesse Daniels Tour 2025 held?

The Rodeo is held on the grounds of the Harvey Dickson Country Music Centre, 5 km from Boyup Brook on Arthur Road – “You Can’t Miss It” on Saturday 25th October 2025

How does the weekend work?

There are 3 events if you want to experience the whole thing:

1. Friday: Shindig ($60pp)
2. Saturday: Rodeo with Jesse Daniels $60pp (kids 12 and under are free)
3. Thursday NOON to Sunday 10am Camping Passs ($35)

Friday night “SHINDIG” 6pm 24th october 2025

• 6pm: Doors & Bar opens (to 11:55pm)
  (Rosie’s Kitchen open: Burgers – Chips – Pies – Sausage Rolls)

Live Bands: Jesse will be playing at the Rodeo, not the Shindig, so check our Facebook Page for up to date info and local bands

Saturday “RODEO & Jesse Daniels Tour” 25th October 2025

• 8am: Rodeo grounds open, (tickets available at the gate) including food stalls.
• 8am: Full junior rodeo and slack
• 8am: Food Vendors OPEN!!
• 11am: Bar opens
• 2pm: Main Arena – Grand Entry (Rodeo begins)
• 5:30pm: Main Arena – Rodeo finishes
• 6pm: Jesse Daniels (direct from USA)

So if you want to experience the shindig, the rodeo and camping, you’ll need to buy tickets for each event.

Campground & Accommodation

Bush camping is a short stroll to the rodeo arena – about a 2-minute walk. There’s plenty of room for caravans, tents, buses, vans & of course your swag. Shared toilets are available, but if you want a shower, you’ll need to bring your own. Fire pits and wood are subject to permits (info will be posted on Facebook). If camping’s not your style, there’s accommodation in Boyup Brook and surrounding towns, but book early.

Alcohol

The rodeo arena is a fully licensed venue so no BYO. You’re more than welcome to have a few quiet ones at your campsite, but please, for everyone’s safety, no glass in the campgrounds.

Acceptable Behaviour

The Rodeo & Jesse Daniels Tour is a family friendly event. It’s for the enjoyment of everyone. Put simply, if you can’t handle your booze and you’re behaving like a yobbo, you will be escorted from the grounds – either by security or the police.

The campsite is not a place for burnouts, aggressive behaviour, 4am music blaring or helping yourself to things that aren’t yours. If you can’t follow the rules, don’t buy a ticket.

Pets

For the safety of everybody concerned, no pets (other than trained service animals) are to be bought onto the campsite. We appreciate they’re a part of your family, but our livestock is part of ours and unfortunately, due to past experiences, we have to say no to all other animals. That includes sweet little Fido who never leaves your side – he’ll need to find another home for the weekend.

EFTPOS

EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar and for some of the food vans, market stalls etc.  However, we suggest you bring cash with you as well as the machines can sometimes drop out.

Competitors/Rodeo Entries

We’ll post the details for rodeo entries closer to the date.

• Rodeo competitors get free entry +1 to the rodeo.
• Rodeo competitors get free camping in the competitors camping area.
• Rodeo competitors need to buy a ticket for shindig (with local bands) if they’d like to attend that (tix this page).

Rodeo:
$60.00 Adults
$45.00 Children & Pensioners (children 12 and under are still free)

Weekend Camping Pass:
$35 per/person (children 12yrs and under are free)
