Oct 25 Camping Pass Details

You can camp from Thursday through to Sunday night * (over 4 nights)
If you have 6 people in your party and are camping 3 nights, buy 6 camp passes.
If you have 2 people in your party staying for 1 night, buy 2 camp passes).
In short, buy a camp pass for each person camping.

* Must leave, packed and dusted by 11am Monday

Drinking Water Availability

Drinking water is not available in the camping area (there are toilets).
We recommend you bring a big 10L bottle of fresh / drinking water for camping.
600ml bottles of water are also available at the rodeo (and from food vans).

It’s time to put on your cowboy boots and hat, stock up on supplies and load up the family for the best weekend you’ll ever have. Get in early for tickets to the Friday night shindig, Saturday 25th October full points rodeo (with guest singer, Jesse Saniels direct from the USA) and camping for the whole weekend.

Where’s the Rodeo held?

The Oct Rodeo & Jess Daniel Tour Oct 2025 is held on the grounds of the Harvey Dickson Country Music Centre, 5 km from Boyup Brook on Arthur Road “You Can’t Miss It”

How does the weekend work?

There are 3 things to do:

1. Friday 5:30pm: Shindig 2025
2. Saturday (all day): Rodeo with Jess Daniel 2025
3. Oct 2025 Camping Passes (book on this page)

Here’s a run-down of how to get the best out of the event…

Friday night “SHINDIG” 24th October 2025

• 6pm: Doors & Bar opens
  (Rosie’s Kitchen open: Burgers – Chips – Pies – Sausage Rolls)

Saturday “RODEO” 25th October 2025

• 8am: Rodeo grounds open, including food stalls.
• 8am: Full junior rodeo and slack
• 8am: Food Vendors OPEN!!
• 2pm: Main Arena – Grand Entry
• 11am Bar opens
• 5:30pm: Main Arena – Rodeo finishes
• Jesse Daniel Tour. Bar open until Midnight

Campground & Accommodation

Bush camping is a short stroll to the rodeo arena – about a 2-minute walk. There’s plenty of room for caravans, tents, buses, vans & of course your swag. Shared toilets are available, but if you want a shower, you’ll need to bring your own. Fire pits and wood are subject to permits (info will be posted on Facebook). If camping’s not your style, there’s accommodation in Boyup Brook and surrounding towns, but book early.

Alcohol

The rodeo arena is a fully licensed venue so no BYO. You’re more than welcome to have a few quiet ones at your campsite, but please, for everyone’s safety, no glass in the campgrounds.

Acceptable Behaviour

The October Rodeo with Jesse Daniel is a family friendly event. It’s for the enjoyment of everyone. Put simply, if you can’t handle your booze and you’re behaving like a yobo, you will be escorted from the grounds – either by security or the police.

The campsite is notb a place for burnouts, aggressive behaviour, 4am music blaring or helping yourself to things that aren’t yours. If you can’t follow the rules, don’t buy a ticket.

Pets

For the safety of everybody concerned, no pets (other than trained service animals) are to be bought onto the campsite. We appreciate they’re a part of your family, but our livestock is part of ours and unfortunately, due to past experiences, we have to say no to all other animals. That includes sweet little Fido who never leaves your side – he’ll need to find another home for the weekend.

EFTPOS

EFTPOS facilities are available at the bar and for some of the food vans, market stalls etc.  However, we suggest you bring cash with you as well as the machines can sometimes drop out.

Competitors/Rodeo Entries

We’ll post the details for rodeo entries closer to the date.

• Rodeo competitors get free entry +1 to the rodeo (full ABCRA members only).
• Rodeo competitors get free camping in the competitors camping area.
• Rodeo competitors need to buy a ticket for the Friday night music shindig if they’d like to attend that.
